Chi

Cat Squid

Chi is the first official member of the Brigade. We adopted her after going to meet dogs at a local rescue but saw a tower full of kittens in front before we even saw any of the dogs. She was a tiny little scruff ball sitting in the litter box by herself. We knew then that she was meant to come home with us.

Mocha

The Queen

Mocha is the first canine member of the Brigade. She wasn’t too sure about whether she liked us when we adopted her, but eventually we won her over. She has become the leader of our dog pack and helped show all of our dogs the ropes when they come home for the first time.

Chai

The Dogtor

Chai is our resident people pupper. He may not know you yet, but he definitely loves you. He will love you even more if you bring cookies!

Miso

Cat Foster Dad Extraordinaire

Miso is our second cat and he was adopted so that Chi could have a cuddle buddy. He is the best foster dad, and he takes care of all our fosters when they stay with us.

Toffee

Dog Therapist

Toffee is the fourth addition to the Brigade. She was returned three times before we rescued her because “she was too hard to handle.” Now she is a therapy dog with over 50 therapy visits!

Peppermint

Peppermint is our resident home body. She loves sitting outside in the sunshine and lounging on her rock in the backyard.

Eggnog

Goofball

Eggnog was a former puppy mill breeder dog until he could no longer make puppies for his breeder. He was kept on a chain for the first two years of his life, but despite that he is a happy boy. Now he shares his joy for life with is doggo siblings and all the people he meets with his sister Toffee on their therapy visits.

Coco Puff

Furry Baby

Coco Puff is our newest edition. She is a tiny, curious ball of fluff that loves causing trouble and cuddling up with her adopted cat parents.
